  I’ve loved in Stuart for more than a decade and have eaten at several restaurants so I’m pretty much accustomed to great customer service. This was my second and worse visit to this restaurant. We had a reservation for two tables and went to enjoy the cultural experience while celebrating a birthday, but the customer service was disgraceful. Never have I seen such wanton disregard for customers. The initial check in was great and the first associates were graceful but things went bad after the manager came to the check in desk. After waiting for an extended time for the surprised guest to arrive, we had to speak with the manager who was beyond tactful. He was unapproachable, rude, disrespectful and had such a condescending tone. As a Customer Service Manager myself and being on the other side of the fence I was appalled by his rude behavior. We had more than expected guests and when I asked if we could be seated he responded “I can’t have you taking up two of my tables and holding up my chefs”. He didn’t inform us of our options, but later sent a lady…maybe another manager over to speak with us about cancelling the reservation or ordering for the waiting guest. Had we known that all along, we’d been seated 30 minutes earlier. But apparently it was their busy day and they wanted to bump our reservation.
  
  We finally got seated, and it took a hour to be served. I watched as tables that were occupied after ours got served. While the chefs were great, the waiters were just as impolite as the manager. Perhaps not used to a group of 18 minority people (including kids).
  In the end, I was glad the kids had the experience. My daughter used her free meal reward that she got from the Library’s Summer Reading Program too. But I hope the Library picks a different and more kids’ friendly place next time. The entire group shared the same negative feeling about this place and thought the almost $700 bill (excluding tips) could have been better spent in a warm and friendlier environment such as Mulligans.

  Pretty good food, prices are a bit high but you are paying for the show which is understandable. What wasn't quite so good was the server bad to be reminded to bring one of our courses. Overall a decent place however.
