  Service was quick and the staff was super polite. The food was out standing, amazing, crack on a plate or in a bowl. The Turkey Avocado BLT was so good fresh moist sweet Turkey with lettuce tomato and chunks of fresh avocado, real food not the preservative filled goo they spread on the sandwiches at other places. The soups were amazing Cheddar broccoli had chunks of actual broccoli not minced pieces and it was creamy good. Had the clam chowder omg so creamy and think like a chowder is supposed to be with actual chunks and bits of clams, it was so good it reminded me of getting a bowl at my Nanas house as a kid. I enjoyed lunch there with my mom and I'll be taking her back again for another lunch there.

  The low rating is for the manager's hesitant behavior and attitude which caused much embarrassment to me. The rating was NOT for receiving the wrong salad. I don't plan on returning to this Panera.
  
  I was given wrong salad...a salad tjat cost almost $10.00. When I ordered the beet quinoa salad, I pointed to the picture on a poster directly next to cash register. An older employee helped the new cashier select the salad. They selected the WRONG salad. Quinoa salads look very similar. As I was eating, I knew something was different about the salad but I didn't ask because I wasn't feeling well.
  
  I returned to the counter to get a box/bag to take home leftovers (bread from soup and some remaining salad). It was then that I noticed the picture of the salad on the poster. That's when I realized the mistake the employees had made. I mentioned it to an employee...she looked at me as though she was a 'deer in headlights'. By the way, I wouldn't have ordered the particular salad that was served to me. Had I known the error when I received the salad, I would have immediately told someone.
  
  The manager came to where I had been seated. He didn't know what to do. He was hesitant about doing anything and made some unkind remarks. By the time he finished hem-hawing around, I was leaving the restaurant; I didn't want to continue to deal with situation. He quickly refunded my money for the salad. I put that money in the charity box on the counter.
  
  By the way, I have seldom ever mentioned any errors/problems which I have experienced in restaurants. I usually just don't return. I have never asked for money back if I do mention an error.
  
  VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!
  
  Side note: BTW, I ate soup first and was shocked at the small quantity given in the bread bowl.
